This private waterfront house includes daily use of a 20' pontoon boat for guests to pilot across St. Joseph Sound and anchor at the edge of the Gulf of Mexico on Anclote Key's white-sand beaches for hours of fun in the sun. After hours at the beach, relax in the waterfront saltwater pool beneath swaying palm trees amid a gentle gulf breeze.
Blowfish House is a classic Floridian-style block house remodeled to be open and airy. From the moment you walk inside the front door, you get a sense of spaciousness with the living room and dining room overlooking the sunroom. As you walk past the dining room, you will find another sizeable open area encompassing the kitchen, bar, breakfast area, and great room looking out over the pool and sunroom.
On the other end of this 1,400 sqft house, guests find a large master suite with a king-size bed with ample storage space for clothes. The second bedroom has a queen over twin XL bunk bed where three other guests can sleep. Finally, the great room has two full pull-out sofa beds for sleeping up to 6 comfortably.
